Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage walk-in and online customers with a customer-first mindset
Deliver persuasive vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
Proactively follow up on leads from the website, digital platforms, and referrals
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Manage the full sales process, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options
Keep accurate records of sales activities and client details in the CRM system
Stay up to date on inventory, market pricing, and promotions to maximize sales

Requirements

Valid VSA Sales License
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools an asset
